Whenever I check out their products, particularly the ones that are in high demand like the Camo Concealer, they are always sold out. At long last, the Camo Concealer was back in stock, and placed my order, been two weeks but there's still no sign of my order being dispatched. Elf's prices may be appealing, the service experience is just puzzling. Elf needs to be more concerned for keeping customers informed or managing expectations. The lack of transparency is causing me to seriously contemplate canceling the order altogether. if I decide to cancel, I highly doubt I'll ever bother ordering from Elf again. your customers deserve a higher level of service than being left in the dark and having to wait indefinitely. Make order fulfillment and communication a top priority to keep loyal customers like me satisfied, if you wish of course.
