Missing USB-C Charging Cable in Electronic Express Order

To be honest, upon receiving my order Garmin vivoactive 5 Fitness Smartwatch, opened the box and saw weirdly there was no USB-C charging cable in the shipment, I know it’s super weird, without the necessary charging equipment, how can I use the smartwatch? Based on what I saw in the product description, the USB-C charging cable is supposed to come with the item, Could it have been a simple mistake or there is something else at play here? In any case, getting a partially finished product is really annoying, particularly because I was hoping to start using it immediately, even though customer service assured me that they would send a replacement cable, Electronic Express failed to meet my expectations. As promised, I expect all the required accessories to be included with the product when I buy it. Such a lapse in judgment is intolerable.
