Smartmi KW66 Smart Watch Purchased on Trendyol - Missing Green Strap and Refund Issues


I purchased the Smartmi KW66 Heart Rate Monitoring, Step Counter, Sleep Tracking, and Sports Smart Watch in Black from the Smartmi Electronics seller on Trendyol. Despite the product page stating that a spare green strap is included in the package, it was not provided. When I asked the seller, they admitted it was a mistake but refused to send a replacement strap or accept a return.
After my warning, Trendyol removed the mention of the spare strap from the product details. I have a screenshot as evidence. I returned the product, but they kept me waiting for a week before rejecting the return. They then sent the item back to me.
I expected a thank you for helping them correct their mistake, but instead, I was punished. Why should I bear the cost of their error in listing incorrect product contents? The seller claims they sell apples and pears, but when I say the pear is missing from the box, they claim it was never there.
Since the product is in transit, I cannot upload the image through the Trendyol assistant. I was told to add it when the item arrives, but I do not want to go through the same cycle and be left in limbo again. I demand a resolution. Please refund my money.

The returned item that was rejected has arrived. The charging cable is missing from the box. I reported the issue and my request with pictures. They told me to wait 1-3 business days. If they resolve it, I will thank them; if not, I will include a court application. I am afraid that if it goes back and forth one more time, they might send an empty box.
