Vestel Smart Watch 2 Max Charging Cable Not Available Leaving My Watch Unusable
I just got the Vestel Smart Watch 2 Max, but now I'm stuck because the charging cable has stopped working, and the battery is totally dead. I’ve contacted both authorized services and customer support multiple times asking for a new charging cable, but I still haven’t gotten a useful response. I can't believe the cable isn't even listed on your site, and I've searched everywhere for it. Shockingly, you can't easily find basic spare parts like a charging cable for a product that's still on the market. I'm dealing with a smartwatch that I can't figure out how to use, and it's super frustrating. Vestel really needs to make sure that spare parts are super easy to get for customers, particularly for those who just bought their products.
