Electronic Express Didn't Honor Price Match On Sony X800H 85" TV

I headed to Electronic Express on July 12th, 2024, confident in their advertised "Price Match Guarantee." They promised the lowest prices, but let me tell you, their guarantee turned out to be about as reliable as a flickering light bulb. I bought a brand new Sony X800H 85" TV (because who doesn't love movie nights in style) a week later, on July 19th, I saw the exact same TV advertised somewhere else for a cool $200 less. Their ad had everything – same model number, brand new, in stock – exactly what Electronic Express's policy requires for a price match. So, on July 20th, I called Electronic Express, all fired up to get that sweet refund. But instead of helpful customer service, I got a brick wall. They wouldn't honor the price match! Their reasons? Vague at best. Electronic Express was flat-out breaking their own promise. They advertise a guarantee, then leave customers hanging when it comes to actually using it. It's shady business, and honestly.
