Sony Eurasia Service Damaged My 55XE9005 TV During Repair and Delayed Return

In July 2024, my Sony TV model 55XE9005 stopped responding, so I took it to the Sony Eurasia authorized service, Founder Electronics, for repair. I was informed there was a motherboard failure, and the TV was sent to the central service. However, it wasn’t returned until November 2024, as they said it couldn’t be repaired sooner. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked to see the TV’s condition: the back cover was broken, the module inlet cover was missing, and the screen was covered in scratches. It seems the so-called authorized service handled it with less care than a general repair shop would have. My advice—steer clear of Sony Eurasia’s service centers; they clearly do not treat customers’ devices with respect.

I communicated through that number from the very beginning of the process. I'm writing here because I couldn't get a result.
