Electronic Express's Disappointing Response About Broken Oven
I was already mad because my microwave was broken, but what really made me mad was Electronic Express's response, a week ago when they finally delivered the oven I ordered it started a whole new ordeal…it was damaged all the way up and down. They gave me a shipping label as a reward and told me, "Here you go, champ, deal with it yourself." This was not actually customer service. Electronic Express's idea of customer service ends with "we took your money." Who has the time or strength to deal with that much trouble, especially after getting a broken item? Electronic Express may have a lot of electronics to choose from, but the fact that they don't care about their customers says a lot.
