Still Waiting for Electrolux Washing Machine Fix After 37 Days
I'm extremely disappointed with Electrolux's poor customer service. It's been 37 days since my washing machine broke down, and it's still not fixed! This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering it's still under warranty. Whenever I make a call, they consistently give me the same response about awaiting a reply from headquarters. This is absolutely absurd! It's surprising that a company as prominent as Electrolux is struggling to address such a straightforward problem. It's about time for them to improve their performance.
