We experienced an issue with our Electrolux washing machine model EW6F4923EB. We were notified on June 3rd about a service request, stating that the drum required replacement. Unfortunately, the part still hasn't arrived, even though it's been two months. Every time we make a call, we are consistently informed that the part is being delayed because of customs problems originating from another country. Even though we have a warranty, the part we need has not been provided and it seems like our legal rights are being disregarded.
I have contacted customer service to let them know that I expect a replacement or refund if the repair is not finished within 21 business days. Despite creating a service request, we have not received any follow-up. Furthermore, we were informed that communication with the head office is limited to email only.
I am very unhappy with the lack of responsiveness from the head office and the overall service and quality provided by Electrolux. I'm really disappointed with my purchase because of the brand's reputation and the negative feedback from other users. It is completely unacceptable that there is a lack of service and an inability to provide parts for a product that is still under warranty. If Electrolux is unable to offer satisfactory service, they may want to reevaluate their operations in this particular country. The current situation has caused a lot of trouble for our family, and I hope those responsible will be held accountable.
