Shopee Order Marked Delivered but Electrolux Gas Stove Not Received

I would like to file a complaint about my Shopee order being incorrectly updated as “Delivered” while I have not received the product, and I request that the item be delivered to me again. My order details are as follows. The order ID iđ 260808T3A9TYP5, the product is a “Bếp gas dương Electrolux ETG7287GKR,” and the shop name is Nguyễn Kim Electronics. I am in Vietnam. In the Shopee system, the status of this order has been shown as “Delivered successfully” for one week, but in reality I have not received the gas stove. Although the system shows “Delivered” I have never received the item, and I did not get any phone call from the shipper. There is also no information about the shipping company in the app, so I cannot contact the carrier myself. I contacted the shop Nguyễn Kim through chat and asked them to check the situation, but I did not receive any satisfactory support or solution. I want to receive the product and I do not want a refund. I kindly request Shopee to intervene immediately, ask the shop Nguyễn Kim and the shipping company to check the delivery route, locate the parcel, and arrange to deliver the correct product to my address as soon as possible.
