Electrolux EP81HB25SH Vacuum Head Breakage Warranty Complaint




While using my Electrolux EP81HB25SH vacuum cleaner, the head of the product broke on October 1. The product is still under warranty, and I have both the warranty certificate and the invoice. When I contacted the authorized service for the broken head, they told me it was considered user error—claiming the head might have been forced into narrow spaces, stepped on, or dropped—and that it could only be replaced for a fee. However, none of these situations occurred; I used the vacuum normally and with care. I do not find it acceptable for such a break to occur in a short time, especially in terms of product quality and durability. Considering the price I paid and the trust I placed in the brand, I do not believe it is fair to classify the broken head issue as user error. I request that the broken head piece be replaced under warranty without any charge to me.
