Installation Delay & Service Issue – Electrolux Built-in Oven

Twelve days ago, the authorized service team came to my address in Tuzla/Istanbul to install my Electrolux built-in electric oven. However, the service team arrived without any technical tools and attempted to complete the installation using only the tools available at home. Since they did not use any measuring equipment, they caused the main power switch of our 10-floor building to trip twice and claimed there was an issue with the electrical installation. However, the built-in cooktop—which had just had its glass replaced the day before—was functioning properly before their visit. During this process, the site’s technical team was also called to the apartment to assess the situation alongside the authorized service. The site technicians used proper measuring equipment and confirmed that there was no issue with the electrical system and that the oven would function correctly if installed properly. Despite this, the service team failed to complete the installation and even made internal modifications to the wiring of the cooktop. Although I’ve contacted customer service several times, it has now been 12 days and the only response I’ve received is that they are “waiting for a reply from the central office.” No alternative service team has been assigned. Even though the product is brand new and under warranty, I still cannot use it. I request the immediate completion of the installation of my built-in cooktop and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.

I called, but the service's feedback was considered more accurate than the customer's feedback. All the information they provided is nothing but lies. Even though my building's installation is 3-phase, they claimed it was single-phase. Absolutely no help is being provided. If my issue is not resolved this week, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
