Electrolux's Poor Installation And Failure To Accept Responsibility

I regret purchasing a stove from the Electrolux dealer in Ankara Cepa Mall. They sent someone to install it, but any random handyman could have done it a thousand times better. The so-called technician simply connected the gas pipe and carelessly cut and plugged in the electrical cord. That was the end of it. He believes he did a good job, but both he and I know that I could have done a far better job myself. Cutting cables and stapling them together? Seriously? But that's not the end of the story. Is there even a customer service department for Electrolux in Turkey? Evidently not. There is no such thing as customer service; no joke, it is non-existent. You are unable to contact anyone because customer service does not exist. I attempted to contact them. There is no email address, phone number, contact form, or anything else at their headquarters. Purchasing Electrolux invites trouble. If you have a problem, pray and hope for a miracle instead of expecting a solution from them.
