Electrolux Vacuum Malfunction Not Fixed

I bought the Electrolux ES62HB25UV 600 PureQ9 model vacuum cleaner about 2.5 years ago. After just one year of use, the suction power dropped by 50% and it started shutting down on its own during use. I sent it in under warranty, and they confirmed a motor failure and replaced the motor at no cost. After using it for another year, the exact same issue happened again—loss of suction and random shutdowns—only this time the warranty had expired. Now I’m expected to pay for repairs out of pocket. I don’t think it’s reasonable for a vacuum cleaner this new to suffer two motor failures and a major performance drop within just 2.5 years.
