Electrolux EEA111 EasyPresso Espresso And Coffee Machine Fault

Electrolux EEA111 EasyPresso Espresso and coffee machine went to service twice, one month later I bought it and on September 23. They fixed the fault in the first one but the second faoulf is still in the service even though the legal period of 21 days expired. we were informed that we have the right to receive payment back or change with new same machine. we chosed new same model machine. however Electrolux will could not respond with a solution for a month. I am waiting for an urgent solution.

Hello, I was just informed by Media Markt that the service couldn't repair the product and therefore Electrolux will issue a refund. If you are going to refund the product, which was purchased about a year ago, based on today's current price, there is no problem. However, if the refund will be made based on the invoice amount, it is not acceptable for me because the product is still on sale and the current price of the product, which I bought for approximately 2300-2500 TL, is around 6000 TL. The proposed solution for a product that has spent half its life in service and defective is unfair to me as a consumer. Therefore, I request either an exchange with the same or a similar product with identical features or a refund based on the current price.

Neither Media Markt nor Electrolux has provided a solution yet. I truly say it's a shame. If million-dollar companies can't stand behind their products and sales... I want an urgent solution.
