Hi Xolvie team, Wizz Air cancelled my TLV ↔ LCA flights (12 & 17 Aug 2025), booked via eDreams - PNR WH1WRF, booking 20327808830. Despite 7 weeks of e‑mails, chat, calls and more, eDreams has not filed the cash refund required by EU 261/2004 and is ignoring follow‑ups.
I need your help to:1. Make eDreams submit the cash‑to‑card refund to Wizz Air now and share the refund reference. 2. Confirm the refund amount and the date it will reach my card within seven days. I've attached the cancellation from Wizz and ready to provide any detail/documentation needed- both companies are acknoledge and aware of the issue but don't resolve it. Thanks for acting quickly.
