Dear eDreams Customer Service, I am writing to formally request a refund for my booking. Below are the details: Booking Reference: 23833500485 Passenger Name: Su M** A**      Travel Route: Tirana → Frankfurt (Flight 1) and Frankfurt → Bangkok (Flight 2) Date of Booking: 28 Aug 2025 When I purchased a multi-city ticket from Tirana to Bangkok on your website, the booking was supposed to include both flights: Flight 1: Tirana → Frankfurt (confirmed) Flight 2: Frankfurt → Bangkok (failed/not confirmed) Unfortunately, only Flight 1 was confirmed while Flight 2 failed. Since this does not fulfill the itinerary I booked and paid for, I had no option but to cancel the trip. I kindly request that you take immediate action to process my cancellation and issue a refund to my original payment method. Please confirm the cancellation and refund timeline as soon as possible.
