Dear E-Dreams Customer Support, I recently booked a flight from Vienna to Barcelona through your website. However, I was unexpectedly charged €90 for an 'E-Dreams Prime membership', which I neither subscribed to nor authorized. I did not consent to this charge or to my credit card details being stored beyond my flight purchase. I hereby request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized membership, a full refund of the €90, and the complete removal of my credit card details from your system. The retention and use of my payment information without explicit consent is unacceptable and may violate data protection regulations. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities. Please confirm the refund and data deletion at your earliest convenience.
