eDreams Charged Me €119.99 for a Prime Annual Plan I Never Signed Up For

On November 25, 2025, I noticed that €119.99 had been charged to the credit card linked to my eDreams account without my knowledge or consent, listed as a “Prime Annual” fee. The transaction appears in my card activity as originating from Barcelona.
I only created an account and registered my card once for a single ticket purchase. I never activated a Prime membership, never approved one, and I was never shown any notification or confirmation screen asking whether I wanted to start or extend such a membership. The site automatically attached my card details to a Prime subscription and charged me without my authorization.
Although I have tried multiple times to cancel the Prime membership from my account, I have been unable to complete the cancellation and cannot terminate the subscription through the system. I have also not used any Prime Annual services, yet this fee was still taken from my card, causing both financial and emotional distress.
I request an urgent investigation into this unauthorized transaction, a full refund of the €119.99 charged to my card, the closure of my eDreams account, the permanent removal of my card information from the system, and the deletion of all my personal data stored at https://www.edreams.com.tr
