Unauthorized eDreams Prime Charge and Saved Card Information


Dear eDreams Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge made to my account today for the eDreams Prime membership. I was charged without any prior notice, confirmation, or my clear consent. I did not knowingly subscribe to eDreams Prime, nor did I authorize the storage of my card details on your platform. I did not opt to save my card, yet your system retained my payment information and processed a charge without notifying me in advance. When I contacted your support team to request a refund, I was refused—despite the fact that I did not knowingly sign up for this service and received no email, warning, or renewal notice prior to the charge. This practice is not only unethical but may also be a violation of consumer protection laws regarding automatic subscription renewals and the storage of payment information without user consent. I am requesting the following: 1. An immediate and full refund of the unauthorized Prime membership fee. 2. Complete deletion of my saved card information from your system. 3. A formal response explaining how my card was saved without explicit permission. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to report the incident to my bank, file a dispute, and escalate the issue to relevant consumer protection authorities. Sincerely,

Finally I got refund on 3th June.
