Dear eDreams Customer Service, I was charged for an eDreams Prime subscription without my consent. I never authorized this service, nor did I agree to any recurring payments. I demand the immediate cancellation of this subscription and the full refund of the amount charged. If the refund is not processed without delay, I will be forced to initiate formal legal action and file a complaint with consumer protection authorities.
