Dear eDreams Customer Service, I am requesting the immediate cancellation of the eDreams Prime Plus subscription linked to this email address: victorxq****@gmail.com, along with a full refund of the €100 charge made to my card (last 4 digits: 3862, cardholder: R Rodriguez M***). I want to emphasize that I never authorized the renewal or any recurring payment for this subscription, and I therefore consider this charge unauthorized and fraudulent. If I do not receive written confirmation of both the cancellation and refund within 48 hours, I will file a fraud claim with my bank and request a chargeback, report the case to the financial regulatory authority in my country, and escalate the complaint to the relevant European consumer protection agencies.
