41I am filing a complaint against eDreams Prime because they have made two charges to my account without my authorization. On November 3rd and again on December 3rd, I was charged 25.90 each time, even though I did not give any consent for these payments nor did I request such a service. These charges were made without my knowledge, and I have not been able to contact the company to clarify the situation or to request a solution. I consider these debits to be completely unauthorized and inappropriate. I request the full refund of both charges of 25.90 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service associated with my name or account, so that no further unauthorized charges are made in the future.
