I booked a Roma-Istanbul flight through eDreams (Order ID: 19402110677), and AirSerbia informed me via email that there was a schedule change exceeding 4 hours. According to aviation regulations, I am entitled to cancel the flight and receive a full refund. However, I cannot reach anyone at eDreams for assistance.
