eDreams Ignored My Refund Request After Pegasus Flight Cancellation

On October 2, 2025, I purchased a Pegasus Airlines ticket for the Gaziantep–Rotterdam flight through eDreams (booking number: 1BFE5Q). The day after the purchase, Pegasus canceled my flight and informed me that I needed to contact eDreams for further assistance.

I then reached out to eDreams customer service via email, but I only received automated responses and no real solution. The amount of ₺7,273.29 was charged to my card ending in 5019, but the refund has not been processed to this day. Pegasus stated that the responsibility for the refund lies entirely with eDreams.

I request that the ticket amount be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
