On the night of July 17, 2025, I used eDreams.com to purchase a round-trip flight with Sky Express from Istanbul to Athens. The travel dates were July 2 for departure and July 5 for return. I entered all necessary information, completed the booking process, and the payment of $97.33 (₺3,891.45) was successfully charged to my VakıfBank credit card.

However, just a few hours later, I received an email from eDreams stating that the reservation failed and no payment was taken—which is completely false. The money has been withdrawn from my account, and no refund has been issued yet.

When I contacted eDreams customer support via email, all I received were automated responses claiming the refund will be processed within 72 hours. Even though it hasn't been a full 24 hours yet, I’ve already come across numerous complaints from others who experienced the same issue and waited weeks for their money.

I’m deeply concerned about being left in limbo. eDreams must immediately refund the ₺3,891 and provide a clear, accountable update on this situation. This level of negligence is unacceptable. My reservation code is 23625210816—I expect a prompt resolution.
