EDreams Unauthorized Prime Membership Charge Without My Knowledge

I just found out about an unexpected charge of 89 Euros on the eDreams platform for a Prime subscription that I had no idea about. Trying to cancel the subscription was completely unsuccessful, and despite their assertion of it being a 30-day trial, it's only been a few days since I made a flight reservation on Skyscanner, which I didn't realize is connected to eDreams. Getting in touch with customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I am contacting you to request a refund as soon as possible. Could someone lend a hand in resolving this issue?
