eDreams Unauthorized Charge and No Customer Support

I was charged €89.99 for a Prime annual membership, which I never signed up for or consented to. How can I get a refund? eDreams makes it nearly impossible to contact customer service. There is no clear phone number listed on their website or app, despite their claims that you can call them online. I have searched extensively but still cannot reach anyone to resolve this issue.
