eDreams Charged Me €89 for Prime Subscription Without My Consent – Requesting Refund


I purchased a ticket for my niece through the Jetcost app, and it redirected me to eDreams. Without my knowledge, eDreams charged me €89 for a Prime subscription. I’ve tried to cancel the subscription but can’t seem to do so, and I’m unable to reach customer service.
I’m requesting an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
