eDreams Charged My Card Without My Consent

On October 25, 2025, an eDreams Prime membership was created without my knowledge, and my card was charged €99.99. Since my card allows online purchases, the payment went through successfully, and the transaction was linked to my email and mobile number. I tried contacting the company by email but couldn’t find a valid address, and all my messages bounced back. I chose not to call due to language barriers and high international call fees. I only registered on the site to book flight tickets and was unaware that I was agreeing to a Prime membership. The membership fee was not clearly disclosed and was hidden at the bottom of the confirmation email in very small print. This process is misleading and lacks transparency, especially for non-English-speaking users. I have already canceled the Prime membership and demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge made without my consent. I completed the transaction from Pakistan and expect this issue to be fully resolved.
