eDreams Charged My Card Twice for Tickets, No Customer Support Available

I purchased tickets through eDreams, but they overcharged both me and my friend. To make matters worse, a month later, our cards were charged again without authorization. We are not even sure if our tickets are valid at this point, as there has been no confirmation. Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare—there’s no customer service line or email address we can contact for support. This experience has left us frustrated and unsure how to proceed. I urgently request eDreams to address this issue, confirm the validity of our tickets, and refund the unauthorized charges immediately. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
