eDreams Charged $105 Without Permission for Premium Membership, No Refund Provided

I purchased a ticket through eDreams, and 20-25 days later, they charged my card $105 without my permission, enrolling me in a Premium membership. I did not authorize this transaction. I’ve tried every possible way to cancel and request a refund, but there is no way to contact a representative or speak with anyone. They also do not respond to emails.
This unauthorized charge and lack of support are unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the $105 and the cancellation of the Premium membership I never signed up for. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and take legal action.
