eDreams charged me for a flight I did not purchase!

eDreams has charged me for a flight that I have not actually purchased. When I was looking into different flight options, I entered my credit card information for one of the options, but then I decided against it and closed the tab. Nevertheless, eDreams took money out of my account for that flight even though I hadn't completed the purchase process. I require a prompt resolution as well as a refund. My permission was not obtained before making this purchase. Because of this, I would like the amount of the airfare that was charged to my card to be refunded to me without any fees being deducted.
