EDreams Charged Me $105 Without Consent for Premium and Ignores Refund Requests
I bought a ticket from eDreams, and then about 20-25 days later, $105 was taken from my card without me agreeing to it, signing me up as a Premium member. I didn't approve this charge and have tried everything I can to cancel it and get my money back. I haven't been able to get in touch with any customer representative, and there's no one available to discuss this issue. They aren't replying to my emails, so I'm stuck without a solution. If I need to, I’m going to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board to get my money back. This situation has been really frustrating, and I thought eDreams would provide better clarity and help for customers. I really hope they take care of this issue soon.
