I Got Charged £89.99 by EDreams for Prime Without My Consent After Booking a Ticket
I recently signed up for EDreams and made my very first flight booking through their platform. However, right after completing the purchase, I was shocked to see that £89.99 was charged to my credit card on August 7, 2025—without my consent—under the label of “Prime membership.” I never agreed to enroll in any kind of subscription, nor was I informed that such a charge would be made.
I tried to contact customer support today, but I couldn’t reach a Turkish-speaking representative, which made communication impossible. I plan to call again tomorrow. The payment was made using my Türkiye Finans Bankası credit card, and I have the receipt as proof.
I am formally requesting the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized Prime membership and a full refund of the £89.99 charged to my card. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I expect EDreams to fix it swiftly and transparently.
