Requesting Refund For Unauthorized EDreams Prime Charges

On November 6, 2025, a charge of 102 USD and on November 20, 2025, another charge of 115 USD were withdrawn from my credit card by the service called EDreams Prime without my knowledge or consent. I have never had any membership, transaction, or request with EDreams Prime before, so I consider these withdrawals completely unauthorized and unjustified.

I request a full refund of all amounts withdrawn without my permission. I ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible and that the charges be returned to my card in full, without any additional deductions or delays. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will take the necessary legal actions and file formal complaints with the relevant authorities.
