However, my flight, scheduled for November 26, 2024, at 15:25 from Shanghai to Phuket, could not be found anywhere. Upon trying to verify the ticket, my fears were confirmed—the reservation did not exist. I contacted eDreams support, but no one responded. As a trusted platform, I am deeply let down that Skyscanner would direct customers to such an unreliable service. I feel misled and request immediate assistance to resolve this issue. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in your platform, and I expect a prompt solution.
