Today I tried to withdraw my money from Africabet to my Ecocash account through their online platform, but the transaction failed and I received a pop-up with the message “WITHDRAW ERROR” and “ClientRestrictedForActionWithdraw.” The withdrawal amount was 1, and despite several attempts I could not complete the process. I have never been able to successfully withdraw to Ecocash from Africabet before, and this is my first serious attempt to withdraw my balance. I do not know how to contact Africabet customer support, and there is no clear or accessible communication channel that I could find to get help or an explanation for this restriction. I request that Africabet urgently remove this restriction on my account, explain clearly why the “ClientRestrictedForActionWithdraw” error is occurring, and ensure that my withdrawal to Ecocash for the full amount is processed without any further delay.
