EcoCash Withdrawal Deducted But Funds Not Received

I am writing to report a problem with a withdrawal I made today from my Africabet account via Ecocash. I requested a withdrawal of 3, and the amount was deducted, but I did not receive the money in my Ecocash account. At this point I have not yet contacted Africabet customer support directly, but I would like this issue to be checked as soon as possible because the funds have left my betting balance and have not reached me. I kindly request that Africabet either reverse the amount back into my Africabet account or urgently resolve the issue so that the withdrawn amount is correctly credited to my Ecocash wallet.
