EcoCash Network Delays On Africabet.com

I am having a problem withdrawing my winnings from my Africabet Zimbabwe account via the Africabet mobile app. Each time I try to withdraw my money to my EcoCash account, I receive the error message “client restricted for action withdraw,” and the system does not allow the transaction to go through. This issue started about one day ago, and since then, I have been unable to access my funds. I currently have around $15.00 in my Africabet account that I want to withdraw to EcoCash, but the restriction on my account is preventing me from doing so. I contacted Africabet customer support about this matter, but I did not receive any explanation or helpful response regarding why my account is restricted or how the issue will be resolved. I suspect there may even be a technical or network problem on their side, as nothing has been clearly communicated to me. I request that Africabet urgently check my account, lift this unjustified withdrawal restriction, and allow me to withdraw my $15.00 to my EcoCash account without further delay, or clearly explain the reason for the block and provide a swift solution.
