EcoCash Withdrawal Pending on iOS, Funds Not Received

I am writing to report a problem with a withdrawal I made today from my Africabet account via Ecocash on the iOS app in Zimbabwe. At around 8:37 on 7 July, I requested a withdrawal of 3, the amount was deducted from my Africabet betting balance, but it has not been credited to my Ecocash wallet. No transaction reference, withdrawal ID or Ecocash confirmation code was generated for this failed withdrawal, even though the funds clearly left my Africabet balance. I have checked the Ecocash account several times, restarted the app, and logged in and out of my Africabet account many times, but the money has still not arrived. I have previously made successful withdrawals from Africabet to this same Ecocash number, so this problem is unusual for me. I kindly request that Africabet urgently investigates this issue and ensures that the withdrawn amount is correctly and promptly sent to my Ecocash wallet, or otherwise resolves the situation without any further delay so that I do not suffer a loss.
