I hold a sports betting account with Africabet, which I access via the mobile website at https://m.africabet.com/en/. On 12/07/2026 I made two separate withdrawal requests of $10 each from my Africabet wallet to my EcoCash number +2637862317***, which is registered in the name Tinotenda M***, at approximately 22:55 and 23:18. The total of $20 was successfully deducted from my Africabet balance, as can also be seen from my current wallet balance, but the money has not been credited to my EcoCash account. In the payment records, both of these $10 withdrawals appear under the ContiPayVoucherEcoCash system and each transaction is shown with the status "Paid". However, despite these two entries being marked as "Paid", the corresponding $20 has still not appeared in my EcoCash wallet, and I have not received any explanation or correction for this failed transfer. I respectfully request that Africabet urgently investigate these two withdrawal transactions, verify the ContiPayVoucherEcoCash payments that are marked as "Paid", and ensure that the total amount of $20 is either immediately transferred to my EcoCash account number +2637862317*** or, if this is not possible, that my Africabet account balance is promptly restored by the same amount. I ask that this issue be resolved without any further delay and that I be informed clearly once the problem has been corrected.
