AfricaBet EcoCash Withdrawal Missing After Successful Transaction

On April 27, 2026 at around 5:05 PM, I made a withdrawal from AfricaBet via EcoCash in Mutare, Zimbabwe, using my EcoCash number 0773210233. The transaction was marked as successful, and I received a confirmation with transaction ID 262930366988 for an amount of 1.13. However, the funds have not been credited to my EcoCash account.

Although the system shows that the withdrawal was completed, I have still not received the money. I contacted EcoCash customer service regarding this issue, but it remains unresolved and I have not been given any clear explanation.

I request that the amount of 1.13 be either refunded to my AfricaBet account or properly credited to my EcoCash account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
