AfricaBet Balance Not Updated After EcoCash Cash-In Deposit

I used EcoCash from Econet to deposit $1 into my AfricaBet account via cash-in, but the money has not reflected in my betting account. The transaction was done on 29 March from my EcoCash number 0783429826, and since then, my AfricaBet balance has not increased by the $1 I deposited. I have not yet contacted EcoCash or AfricaBet customer service about this issue. I request that this missing $1 be located and immediately credited to my AfricaBet account, or otherwise resolved as soon as possible.
