Battery Casino Withdrawal Successful but Not Credited

I am raising a complaint regarding my withdrawal from the Battery Casino app which has been marked as successful but has not been credited to my bank account. On 2 April, I requested a withdrawal of 40,000 via IMPS from my Battery Casino account. In the app, the withdrawal status is shown as “successfully completed”, however the amount has still not been received in my bank account. I have checked my bank account multiple times and there is no credit of this 40,000 IMPS transfer. I contacted Battery Casino customer support about this issue and they only told me to wait, but despite this, the money has still not arrived and no further clarification has been given. My account ID on Battery Casino is 27500***. I request that my missing 40,000 withdrawal be investigated urgently and either credited to my bank account or reversed back to my Battery Casino account, and that I be informed clearly about the status and resolution of this transaction.
