Ecco Street 720 W Soles Yellowing Quickly – Disappointed with Quality

I purchased the Ecco Street 720 W in white, trusting in Ecco’s reputation for quality. Initially, I was thrilled with the leather and sole quality—it felt worth every penny. However, within a short time, the soles started yellowing, despite careful cleaning. When I visited the Samsun Piazza store to inquire, they suggested I should have bought their cleaning foam to prevent this issue. This advice feels too little, too late, as I was never informed of this “requirement” at purchase, and I’ve learned others who used the foam still experienced yellowing.

Now, my beautiful shoes look worn and old, and it’s frustrating given the 7000₺ I invested in these. I expected much more from Ecco and urge the brand to stand by its claims of quality and durability. Please address this issue as I feel let down by the product’s performance.
