Ecco Shoes Caused Severe Heel Pain – Store Offered No Support
I recently purchased a pair of Ecco shoes, expecting top quality, especially given the high price. However, after wearing them, I developed severe blisters on my heels that left me unable to walk comfortably for days. Frustrated with the discomfort, I took the shoes back to the store, thinking there might be a defect. Instead of offering to inspect them or address the issue, they simply advised me to add insoles to elevate my heels. I find it unreasonable to buy insoles for every new pair of shoes. It’s disappointing to spend so much on what I assumed would be a quality product, only to suffer from poor fit and lack of support from the brand. I need a solution or compensation for this inconvenience.
