Ebebek High Chair Not Delivered After 20 Days, Refund Still Pending

On August 18, I purchased a high chair from the Ebebek online store. The estimated delivery date was August 20, but even after 20 days, the product has still not been delivered.
I contacted customer service more than 100 times throughout this period. Each time I was told the same thing—“it will be resolved today, it will be resolved tomorrow”—but no actual solution was provided.
To make matters worse, although the payment was made by check, neither has my product been delivered nor has my refund been processed. Instead, I have been forced to endure the consequences of Ebebek’s internal system failures, losing both time and peace of mind.
At this point, my only expectation is a full refund of the amount I paid. I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately and that my consumer rights be respected.
