ebebek Has Not Refunded Me for the Returned Sleeping Bag After Two Months
I bought a sleeping bag for ₺850 from ebebek, and it turned out to be a returned item. I sent it back within a week, anticipating a refund, but the money has yet to appear in my account. During my visit to the store, they recognized the problem and promised it would be taken care of. However, two months have gone by, and there has been no improvement. The delay for this straightforward refund has been incredibly frustrating. This process is taking an unusually long time, and I’m really frustrated with having to follow up so often. I simply want a refund. I may need to take this matter to the Consumer Court if it doesn't get resolved. I really hope ebebek addresses this quickly so I can avoid taking any additional steps.
