On September 6, 2025, I ordered the Baby Mom adjustable velcro maternity and nursing pillow (Order No: 4433610719) through Hepsiburada.com, selecting ebebek as the seller. The product was reportedly shipped on September 8th, but ebebek's preferred shipping company held it in storage for four days and delivered it on the evening of September 11th. Despite repeatedly messaging ebebek through Hepsiburada, I only received automated responses saying, "We're trying to reach the shipping company," with no information or solution provided. This delay caused significant inconvenience at a time when we urgently needed the product, especially since my wife is pregnant. Despite specifically saying, "I'll return it as soon as it arrives," I received no apology or explanation for the delay. Their customer service approach was extremely indifferent and uncaring. As a result, I will be returning the product today, without opening it, by generating a return code. I paid ₺499.99. The product is covered by a 24-month warranty. I expect both an apology and a gift certificate from ebebek to compensate for the inconvenience I have experienced during this process.
